Knockout Feb: Eye of the Tiger Inclines or Progression

Warm-up:

Core 

5:00 minute walk at 1% incline if on tread

10:00 minute Light EZ Run at 1% incline

5 sets of 30/30 strides at 1% incline

Workout:

4:00 minute Incline Work or Progression speed 

Set 1 - Incline 2% at Lower Tempo Pace

Set 2 - Incline 3% or outside go faster by 10-15 seconds 

Set 3 - Incline 5% or go faster by 10-15 seconds 

Set 4 - Incline 7% or go faster by 10-15 seconds 

Set 5 - Incline 9%+ or go faster by 10-15 seconds

2:00 minute walk at 1% incline for all 5 sets

(30 minutes total)


then,

5:00 minutes of Tempo at 1% incline if on tread, outside hold tempo pace


Cool-down:

5:00 minute walk at 1% incline if on tread
