Dynamic Stretches (video attached)
5:00 minute walk or jog warmup
10-minute EZ pace
5 minutes of 20-sec strides/40-sec recovery

Workout:
10 minutes of Tempo Pace
5-minute recovery jog
then,

Four sets of:
:30 push/1:30 recovery

then, Progression
5:00 EZ Pace
4:00 Tempo
2:00 at 400m Pace
1:00 PUSH

Cool-down:
5:00 minute walk or jog
