Warm-up:
Core (Your choice)
5:00 minute walk
10:00 minutes CP 
5 sets of 20-sec strides with 40-sec recoveries

Workout:
2 minutes WORK (Either Tempo or going up by 1% incline on treadmill)
1-minute recovery (Either walk and/or bringing incline back down to 1%)
10 sets total

5 sets of 20-sec strides with 40-sec recovery 

Cool-Down:
5:00 minute walk 
Static Stretches (Your choice)
