What to Expect:
- Weekly Audio Episodes: Every Sunday, you'll receive an email that guides you through our mystery as we uncover clues and work towards solving the disappearance of Jack Lantern. Use the audio for your runs, walks, or other cardio workouts. You decide how to pace yourself – the goal is to have fun and stay active!
- The Midnight Detective Chat: Join our dedicated community chat where you can collaborate with your fellow detectives, share theories, discuss clues, and cheer each other on. Teamwork makes the mystery-solving dream work!

Safety First:
- Outdoor Movers & Shakers: Be sure to stay visible with reflective gear, stay aware of your surroundings, and follow traffic rules.
- Indoor Cardio Lovers: If you're on the treadmill, remember to set a 1% incline (unless otherwise specified) and avoid leaning on the console or rails. The same goes for any other cardio equipment – keep good posture and stay in control.
Customizing Your Workouts:
- Each episode will include 'push' segments to challenge you. You can adjust these pushes to fit your fitness level:
- Stronger-paced walks, faster runs, or speeding up your legs on the spin bike – it’s all about moving in a way that feels right for you.
