Hello, Girls, Guardians, & Coaches,
Great work making the pledge and getting laced up for your workout!
In this workout, you'll meet a Girls on the Run alumni who has now gone on to run the virtual Boston Marathon and is gearing up to run the Walt Disney World Marathon Goofy Challenge, which is a half marathon on Saturday and a full marathon on Sunday!
WOW! You'll definitely feel motivated and inspired!
You can do this workout 2-3x this week!
25-minute Workout Structure:
2-min Dynamic Stretches
:30 High Knee Marches
:30 Squats
:30 Star Jumps
3-min Walking Warm-up
7-minute Happy Pace
