In this workout, you'll meet a Girls on the Run alumni who has now gone on to run the virtual Boston Marathon and is gearing up to run the Walt Disney World Marathon Goofy Challenge, which is a half marathon on Saturday and a full marathon on Sunday!

3-min Walking Warm-up
7-minute Happy Pace
1-minute break (turn around if outside)
